Reduction for cable trays – width transition

This left-hand reduction RKLFJ200/150H60 is designed to change the width of the cable tray route in the KLIK system. It enables a smooth transition from a 200 mm wide trough to a 150 mm wide trough, providing flexibility in design and installation modifications. Constructed from steel, it offers high strength and resistance to mechanical damage.

Design and application

The reduction is intended for use with cable troughs of 60 mm height. Manufactured from steel coated using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), it provides excellent corrosion protection. It is also available with a painted finish in any RAL color to match the aesthetic of the installation. Installation is screw-free, accelerating and simplifying the mounting process. Alternatively, versions requiring screw mounting with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws are available.

Safety and compliance with standards

The reduction meets requirements for E30 and E90 fire resistance ratings, ensuring functional integrity for a minimum of 30 or 90 minutes during a fire. E90 guarantees continuous operation of critical systems such as fire alarm, emergency signaling, and evacuation lighting—particularly vital in buildings equipped with sprinkler systems. The hot-dip galvanized coating further enhances corrosion resistance and ensures long-term protection of the installation.
