Reduction for cable trays – optimization of routing and connections

This component enables adjustment of cable tray width, providing flexibility in designing and installing cable systems. The RKLJ150/100H110 reduction, manufactured from steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface protection, ensures durability and corrosion resistance—critical for demanding industrial and commercial environments. Design and application

The reduction is designed for use with cable trays of 110 mm height. Its structure enables a smooth transition from 150 mm to 100 mm width, making it especially useful in areas where the system must be adapted to existing infrastructure or limited space. The sheet thickness (1.0 mm) ensures adequate rigidity and mechanical strength. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws—standardly available on the market.

Materials and resistance

Hot-dip galvanized steel construction provides high corrosion resistance, extending the reduction’s service life even under harsh operating conditions. Optional materials available on request include: steel with immersion galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel. Powder coating in standard RAL color palette allows customization to match the environment or project requirements. Selecting the appropriate material enables tailoring the reduction to specific project needs—from basic indoor installations to demanding industrial applications.
