Reduction to cable tray – width change

This left-hand reduction, with dimensions 150/100 mm and height 50 mm, is designed to change the width of a cable tray route. It is manufactured from steel and fireproof-coated, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Intended for use with 50 mm high cable trays.

Construction and installation

The reduction features a sheet thickness of 1.0 mm. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – a simple solution that facilitates installation and ensures a stable connection. For non-standard orders, it is essential to specify dimensions 'a' and 'b' (e.g., for a 400x200 mm tray, the reduction code should be RK...400/200H50).

Material and protection

Available material variants include: steel galvanized by the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), steel hot-dip galvanized (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), and stainless steel. Additionally, powder coating in standard RAL colors is available, allowing the reduction to match the installation’s color scheme. Fireproof coating enhances resistance to atmospheric factors and corrosion.
