Reduction to cable tray – width change

This left-hand reduction, made of steel, is designed to adjust the width of a cable tray route within a cable tray system. It enables a smooth transition from a 300 mm wide tray to a 200 mm wide tray, maintaining installation continuity. This is particularly useful when designing cable routes that require adaptation to changing needs and cable quantities.

Design and installation

The reduction has a height of 100 mm and is manufactured from 1.0 mm thick steel sheet. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, ensuring a stable and secure connection with other system components. This allows installers to quickly and easily adapt the cable route to specific conditions.

Durability and protection

The reduction is protected by a hot-dip galvanized coating, guaranteeing high corrosion resistance and long-term operation even under harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, it is possible to order the reduction made from hot-dip galvanized steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel, enhancing resistance to specific chemical or mechanical factors. Painting in standard RAL colors is also available for better integration with the environment or identification purposes.

Customization options

For non-standard orders, the reduction can be manufactured with dimensions tailored to individual requirements. In such cases, dimensions a and b must be specified (e.g., for dimensions a=400 mm and b=200 mm, the product code is RK...400/200H100).
