Reduction for cable trays – width transition

This left-hand reduction, with dimensions 300/200 mm and height 110 mm, enables smooth connection between cable trays of different widths. Design and Installation

The reduction is designed for easy and rapid installation. Made from 1.0 mm thick sheet steel, it is robust and stable. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, simplifying the installation process. Integrated connectors eliminate the need for additional mounting components, reducing installation time and costs. For non-standard orders, it is essential to specify dimensions a and b to ensure perfect fit (e.g., for dimensions 400 mm x 200 mm, the order code is RK...400/200H110).

Materials and Protection

The reduction is available in various material variants:

• Sendzimir zinc-coated steel PN-EN 10346:2015-09 (S) – standard version providing good corrosion protection.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 (F) – available on request, offering superior corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions.
• Stainless steel (E) – also available on request, ideal for applications requiring maximum corrosion resistance and exposure to aggressive environments.
• Painting in standard RAL color palette (L) – optional customization available on request to match the reduction’s color to its surroundings.

In addition, the surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, enhancing durability and resistance to external factors.
