Reduction for cable trays – change of direction and width

This left-hand reduction, with dimensions 300/200 mm and height 80 mm, is designed to change the width of a cable tray route. It is a key component in cable tray systems, enabling a smooth transition from one tray size to another. Manufactured from steel, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Materials and finish

The reduction is standardly manufactured from steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09). Available upon request: hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), stainless steel, and a painted version in any color from the RAL palette. The surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring long-term protection, especially under harsh environmental conditions.

Installation and compatibility

Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. For non-standard orders, it is essential to specify exact dimensions a and b—for example, if a=400 mm and b=200 mm, the correct product code is RK...400/200H80. The reduction is compatible with BAKS metal cable tray systems and other manufacturers’ systems using standard dimensions.
