The left reduction cover PRKLJ300/200 is a component of cable tray systems, designed to protect cables against mechanical damage, dust accumulation, and adverse environmental conditions, including UV radiation. This simple yet effective solution is suitable for both industrial installations and public utility buildings.

Construction and Materials

Made from durable steel and coated with hot-dip galvanizing, it ensures high corrosion resistance and long-term protection. With a width of 200 mm, it can be adapted to various cable tray configurations. Thanks to a sheet thickness of 1.0 mm, the cover is rigid and stable. Additionally, the manufacturer offers custom options upon request: steel with hot-dip galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), stainless steel, or a painted version in standard RAL color palette. This provides great flexibility and enables customization to meet specific project requirements.

Application and Safety

The PRKLJ300/200 cover meets the E-90 fire resistance rating, meaning it can maintain the operational integrity of equipment in a building for at least 90 minutes during a fire (in accordance with DIN 4102-12). This is particularly critical for power installations supplying fire alarm systems, emergency signaling, and evacuation lighting. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use additional locking clips for secure mounting. Installation is quick and intuitive.
