This reduction cover model complies with the E90 Fire Resistance Performance Requirements according to DIN 4102-12, ensuring at least 90 minutes of operational integrity for equipment during a fire. This is particularly critical for power supplies to fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and water-sprinkler systems.

The manufacturer additionally recommends the use of fasteners to ensure stable and secure installation of the cover.
