The PSN ceiling base is an element of the cable tray system, designed for safe and efficient mounting on the ceiling. Made of steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, which is crucial both in demanding industrial conditions and in building installations. Its construction allows for easy and quick mounting of profiles, which translates into time savings during installation.

Construction and application

The PSN base is designed with versatility in mind. It fits popular profiles of the CW…40H35…, CW…40H40… and CM…41H41… series, making it compatible with a wide range of cable tray systems. The arrangement of mounting holes in the base allows it to be installed in four different positions, providing flexibility when adapting to specific mounting conditions. This solution will be appreciated by both installers and end-users who value the ability to customize the installation to their needs.

Materials and durability

The zinc-coated steel used, according to Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), guarantees high material quality and resistance to external factors. Additionally, it is possible to order the base in other material variants: stainless steel (E) or a version with flake galvanizing (FP – PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11) and with a powder coating in a selected color from the RAL palette (L). Hot-dip galvanizing provides effective protection against corrosion even in harsh environmental conditions. Thanks to this, the PSN base is an investment for years to come, minimizing the risk of failure and the need to replace installation elements.
