Cable tray divider – optimal space division

The PGL60/3N divider is an element used for effectively dividing the space inside cable trays. It allows for segregation of cables and maintaining order in the installation, which facilitates subsequent service and diagnostic work. Made of durable steel with a thickness of 0.70 mm, it ensures the solidity and durability of the structure.

Construction and application

The divider is shaped like an L-profile and is designed for mounting in cable trays. Its height is 57 mm, which allows for convenient cable routing. Surface finishing by hot-dip galvanizing guarantees high corrosion resistance, even in harsh environmental conditions. The divider is compatible with cable tray systems, enabling easy and quick installation.

• Material: Sendzimir galvanized steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – provides good strength and corrosion resistance.
• Color: Gray – a neutral color that facilitates integration with the surroundings.
• Length: 3000 mm – allows adaptation to different lengths of cable trays.
• Mounting: Designed for mounting with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws.

Additionally, it is possible to order the divider made of stainless steel (option E) or with powder coating in a standard RAL palette (option L). It is worth remembering that option F (steel galvanized by immersion method PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) is also available.

Choosing the right divider for cable ladders is crucial for the correct operation of the installation. PGL60/3N is perfectly suited for trays with a height of H60. Using dividers allows for organizing cables, which translates into easier installation management and faster problem solving.
