Cable Tray Reduction

The RDPP200/100H100N reduction is a cable tray system component designed to change the direction of cable routing. It enables a smooth transition from a wider cable tray (200 mm width) to a narrower one (100 mm width). This is a critical element in electrical and telecommunications installations where precise adaptation of cable routes to existing infrastructure is required.

Construction and Materials

Manufactured from steel, ensuring high strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Available in several finish variants: steel with Sendzimir galvanizing (S), steel with hot-dip galvanizing (F), or stainless steel (E). Additionally, painting in any RAL color (L) is available upon request. Sheet thickness is 1.5 mm, guaranteeing structural stability and durability. Hot-dip galvanizing provides corrosion protection, which is especially important in harsh environmental conditions.

Installation and Application

This reduction is designed for installation using LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (requires 4 connectors and 16 screw sets). This ensures fast and secure assembly. Note that for non-standard orders, exact dimensions a and b must be specified. The design is compatible with cable brackets UK/UKO… and UKP…, enhancing installation flexibility.
