This right-hand reduction, manufactured from steel and hot-dip galvanized for fire resistance, is designed to adjust the width of a cable route. It enables a smooth transition from a wider section (400 mm) to a narrower one (300 mm), maintaining continuous cable routing. This is a critical component in cable route systems, allowing optimal adaptation to existing infrastructure and installation requirements. A sheet thickness of 1.5 mm ensures adequate strength and structural rigidity.

This reduction not only simplifies the installation and modification of cable routes but also meets high fire safety requirements. It features a system maintaining functional integrity under E90 rating, meaning it maintains its functionality for at least 90 minutes during a fire. This is especially important in public buildings and locations requiring reliable protection of electrical installations and alarm systems. The E90 classification guarantees protection for fire detection devices, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
Installation and materials
The reduction is available in various material versions: steel galvanized by the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), steel hot-dip galvanized (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), and stainless steel. Proper installation requires LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (4 connectors and 16 screw sets needed). For non-standard orders, exact dimensions a and b must be specified.
