Design and Installation
This reduction is engineered for easy and rapid installation. For proper mounting, 4 LDCH… connectors and 16 sets of screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 are required. This allows installers to efficiently integrate it into existing infrastructure.
The reduction flanges are compatible with standard cable clamps UK/UKO… and UKP…, further enhancing adaptability to various systems. For non-standard orders, it is essential to specify dimensions 'a' and 'b' for precise fitting.
Safety and Applications
The RDPP600/500H60N reduction complies with stringent safety standards, including the E90 fire resistance rating according to DIN 4102-12. This ensures at least 90 minutes of continued operational integrity of equipment during a fire—critical for fire alarm, emergency signaling, and evacuation lighting systems. Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), or upon request, from immersion-galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel, it offers robustness and reliability. The sheet thickness of 1.5 mm ensures adequate mechanical strength.
