This reinforced CWT40H40/6 angle bracket is a versatile steel profile, ideal for building solid and secure suspension and mounting systems. It will work well in both industrial and commercial installations where reliability and durability are required. Made of high-quality steel with a sheet thickness of 3.0 mm, it provides adequate mechanical strength.

This angle bracket is used for suspending lighting, and primarily as a structural element for mounting cable trays and ladders. It can also be used as a support for various types of brackets – WWSR, WW, WWS/WWSO, WU/WUO, WWSN, WSZN, WPL, WPT, WMCN or WMC/WMCO. This makes it a key component in comprehensive cable routing systems.

Construction and material

The profile is made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing – this guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. It is also possible to order an angle bracket made of steel galvanized by immersion (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or painted in a selected color from the RAL palette. Standardly supplied with steel material galvanized by Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09).

Mounting and compatibility

The profile length is 6000 mm, and the cross-sectional dimensions are 40 mm x 40 mm. For mounting the angle bracket with a connector, it is recommended to use SGKM10x20 or SGM10x20 screws. If necessary, it is possible to order sections of any length up to 6 meters. An alternative to this model is the CM...41H41 angle bracket, which offers a wider selection of available lengths. The profile is designed in accordance with European dimensional standards, which ensures its compatibility with other elements of cable routing systems available on the market.
