The RDPC300/200H45 N reducer is right-handed and features a sheet thickness of 2.0 mm, guaranteeing structural strength and stability. The surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, providing high corrosion resistance and long-term protection against external environmental factors—particularly important in harsh industrial environments or outdoor installations.

Materials and Manufacturing Options

Standardly, the reducer is manufactured from zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir process (S) in accordance with standard PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Upon request, alternative material options are available:

• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 – offers even higher corrosion resistance.
• Stainless steel (E): Ideal for aggressive environments or applications requiring maximum hygiene.
• Painting (L): Available in any color from the RAL palette, allowing seamless integration with the surrounding aesthetics.

Installation and Compatibility

For proper installation, LDCH… connectors and screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 are required (4 connectors and 16 complete screw sets). For non-standard orders, dimensions a and b must be specified for precise fitting. Special attention must be paid to the installation of cable supports UK/UKO… and UKP… on the tray levels. Always select the correct fittings—when placing your order, always specify the tray symbol!
