The RDPC300/200H60 N right-hand tray reducer is a component of cable tray systems designed to change the width of the tray. It enables a smooth transition from a wider tray (300 mm) to a narrower one (200 mm), ensuring optimal cable and conductor routing. This is especially useful when cable routing must adapt to varying numbers of conductors or spatial constraints.

Manufactured from 2.0 mm thick steel and protected by hot-dip galvanizing, it guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term durability even under harsh environmental conditions. Hot-dip galvanizing is a proven method of protection against moisture and atmospheric agents, significantly extending the service life of the installation.

Installation and Compatibility

This reducer is designed for installation using LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (requires 4 connectors and 16 complete screw sets). This ensures fast and secure assembly. For non-standard orders, please specify exact dimensions (a and b) for precise fitting.

When selecting fittings, ensure compatibility by matching the tray symbol to the correct ladder types (e.g., DK… or DF/DU…) and cable supports (e.g., UKZ… or UK…). This is critical for the proper functioning of the entire cable tray system.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

The reducer meets the E-90 fire resistance rating, ensuring continuity of the electrical circuit for at least 90 minutes during a fire. This is essential for maintaining installation safety and minimizing failure risks during emergency situations. Additionally, the steel is galvanized using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) or optionally by hot-dip galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02); stainless steel is available on request.
