Materials and Construction
The reducer is manufactured from steel, ensuring strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Various material options are available to meet different environmental and performance requirements:
- S – Steel coated using the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – standard solution offering reliable corrosion protection.
- F (on request) – Steel hot-dip galvanized (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) – provides superior corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions.
- E (on request) – Stainless steel – ideal for aggressive chemical environments or applications requiring high hygiene standards.
- L (on request) – Optional painting in standard RAL color palette – allows color matching to the environment or project specifications.
Sheet thickness is 2.0 mm, contributing to the rigidity and durability of the structure.
Installation and Compatibility
Proper installation of the reducer requires additional components:
- 4 LDCH… connectors
- 16 sets of screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14
The reducer flanges are designed for easy mounting of cable clips of types UK/UKO… and UKP…. For non-standard orders, dimensions a and b must be specified to ensure perfect fit to the specific installation.

- Width (smaller): 200 mm
- Surface protection: Hot-dip galvanizing – ensures long-term corrosion resistance.
The structure does not provide E30 or E90 fire resistance rating.
