The right-hand tray reducer RDPC400/300H80 N is a component of cable tray systems designed to change the width of the cable tray route. It enables a smooth transition from a 400 mm wide tray to a 300 mm wide tray, ensuring optimal cable and conductor routing. This is particularly useful in installations where changes in tray configuration are required due to spatial constraints or the need to adapt to equipment layout.

Manufactured from steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface protection, it guarantees high corrosion resistance and durability even under harsh environmental conditions. The 80 mm height design ensures sufficient rigidity and stability for the entire installation.

Installation and Application

This reducer is intended for use with BAKS and Onninen cable tray systems. Proper installation requires LDCH… connectors and SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 screws (4 connectors and 16 screw sets). Note that for non-standard orders, exact dimensions a and b must be specified.

Materials and Construction

Available in various material variants: Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (S), hot-dip galvanized steel (F – upon request), and stainless steel (E – upon request). Additionally, powder coating in standard RAL colors is available (L – upon request), allowing the reducer to match the surrounding environment or specific project requirements. The sheet thickness is 2.0 mm, ensuring adequate mechanical strength.
