The right-side cable ladder reduction RDPC600/500H45 is a component of cable ladder systems designed to enable changes in installation width. It allows a smooth transition from a 600 mm wide ladder to a 500 mm wide one, making it especially useful in complex installations where cable routing requires modification. Constructed from steel, it ensures robustness and durability of the connection.

Design and Installation

The reduction has been designed for easy and rapid installation. 4 LDCH… connectors and 16 sets of screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 are required for assembly. For non-standard orders, dimensions 'a' and 'b' must be specified to ensure precise fitting. The reduction steps are compatible with standard cable clips UK/UKO… and UKP….

Materials and Protection

Standard version is manufactured from Sendzimir-galvanized steel (S) in accordance with PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Custom-order versions are also available:

• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F) – compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02, offering superior corrosion resistance.
• Stainless steel (E) – ideal for environments with high hygiene requirements or aggressive chemical exposure.
• Painting (L) – option to select a color from the RAL palette for aesthetic integration with the surrounding environment.

Surface protection via hot-dip galvanizing ensures corrosion resistance and long-term operation even under harsh environmental conditions.
