Change of cable tray width in metal ducts

The RKPJ300/200H100 reducer is used for a smooth transition from the wider part of the cable tray (300 mm) to the narrower part (200 mm) while maintaining a height of 100 mm. It is a necessary component when designing routes where a change of cross‑section is required without breaking the continuity of conductors.

Made of hot‑dip galvanized steel (Sendzimir method) (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), it has a sheet thickness 1.0 mm – providing sufficient rigidity while remaining lightweight. For special applications it is available in versions with immersion galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), stainless steel or painted in RAL colour – but only on request.

Installation is carried out using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. The element has no fire‑resistance protection – it is not intended for E30/E90 systems. It does not require additional seals or thermal compensation – it functions as a simple mechanical adapter.

Note: if you need a non‑standard dimension (e.g. 400 mm / 200 mm), the order code should read RK...400/200H100. All reducers of this series are designed to work with BAKS trays – they are not universal for other systems.
