This RKPL150/100H42 reduction is designed for seamless connection of cable trays with different widths, enabling installation customization to specific requirements. Construction and application

The RKPL150/100H42 reduction allows transition of cable tray width from 150 mm to 100 mm. Its design, based on 0.7 mm thick steel sheet, ensures mechanical strength and resistance to loads. This reduction is particularly useful when designing complex cable routing systems, where adaptation to existing infrastructure elements or changes in cable direction is required. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, simplifying and accelerating the installation process.

Materials and protections

The reduction is standardly manufactured from steel zinc-coated using the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), providing corrosion protection. Additional versions available on request:

• Hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02): Offers even higher corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions.
• Stainless steel: Ideal for aggressive chemical environments or applications requiring high hygiene standards.
• Painting in RAL color palette: Enables matching the reduction’s color to the surrounding environment or specific project requirements.

Integrated connectors eliminate the need for additional mounting components, resulting in time and cost savings during installation.
