Reduction for cable trays – width transition

This right-hand reduction, made of steel, is designed to change the width of a cable tray route. It enables a smooth transition from a 300 mm wide tray to a 200 mm wide tray, maintaining installation continuity. Manufactured from high-quality materials, it ensures durability and reliable connection.

Design and application

This reduction is intended for use with cable trays of 60 mm height. Its design allows for easy installation using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, making assembly quick and convenient for both professionals and less experienced users. The option to order the reduction in various material variants enables customization to meet specific project requirements:

• Standard: Steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – provides good corrosion protection under typical environmental conditions.
• On request:
  • Steel hot-dip galvanized (PN-EN ISO 1461:2011) – enhanced corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments.
  • Stainless steel – maximum corrosion resistance, recommended for demanding industrial or chemical applications.
  • Powder coating in standard RAL color palette – option to match the reduction’s color to the environment or aesthetic project requirements.

Safety and fire resistance

The RKPP300/200H60 reduction holds a certification confirming E90 fire integrity performance in accordance with DIN 4102-12. This means that in the event of a fire, the component will maintain its functionality for at least 90 minutes, protecting critical electrical circuits such as fire alarm, signaling, and emergency lighting systems. The reduction’s surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, further enhancing its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.
