Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, facilitating and accelerating the installation process.

Materials and Coatings

Standardly, the reducer is manufactured from steel coated using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), providing effective corrosion protection. Optional versions available on request include: hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) for enhanced resistance to atmospheric conditions, and stainless steel for applications requiring the highest hygiene standards or chemical resistance. Additionally, the surface can be powder-coated in any standard RAL color to match the environment or project specifications.

For non-standard orders, it is important to specify exact dimensions (e.g., RK...400/200H50 for a transition from 400 mm to 200 mm). This ensures precise adaptation of the reducer to the specific installation and optimal space utilization. Hot-dip galvanizing of the surface further enhances corrosion resistance in harsh environmental conditions.
