Reduction for cable trays – width transition

This RKPP500/400H110 reduction enables a smooth transition between different widths of cable trays. It allows installation adaptation to changing requirements without the need for additional connecting components. This is particularly useful during expansion or modification of existing cable infrastructure.

Construction and materials

Made of steel, ensuring strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Standardly supplied with a hot-dip galvanized coating, guaranteeing high corrosion resistance—even in harsh environmental conditions. Custom versions available upon request:

• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Provides even higher corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments.
• Stainless steel (E): Resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures.
• RAL color powder coating (L): Enables color matching to the environment or project requirements.

Sheet thickness of 1.5 mm ensures adequate rigidity and structural stability.

Installation and compatibility

Designed for installation with 110 mm high cable trays. Mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws—simplifying and accelerating installation. Integrated connectors eliminate the need for additional components, resulting in time and cost savings. For non-standard orders, it is essential to specify dimensions 'a' and 'b' (e.g., RK...400/200H110 for transition from 400 mm to 200 mm). Reduction width ranges from 400 mm to 500 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to specific installation needs.
