Cable tray right-hand reduction

This right-hand reduction, made of steel, is used to change the width of the cable route. It allows a smooth transition between different tray widths, providing flexibility in the design and installation of cabling systems. This is particularly useful in situations where the cable route needs to be adapted to changing conditions or the number of conductors.

Construction and materials

The reduction is made of steel, which guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Various material options are available:

• S – galvanized steel by Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – standard finish, providing good corrosion protection.

• F (on request) – hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2011) – provides higher corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions.

• E (on request) – stainless steel – ideal for applications requiring the highest corrosion resistance, e.g. in chemically aggressive environments.

• L (on request) – powder coating in standard RAL palette – allows to match the color of the reduction to the surroundings or project requirements.

The sheet thickness is 2.0 mm, which ensures adequate stiffness and durability of the structure. The surface of the reduction is protected with hot-dip galvanizing, which further increases its corrosion resistance and provides long-term protection.

Installation and compatibility

To connect the reduction to the cable tray, use LSSU... fittings and SGKM8x16 screws. For non-standard orders, dimensions a and b must be provided. For larger orders, it is possible to manufacture reductions with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
