Change of Cable Tray Direction

The RKPSC300/200H200 reducer is a cable tray system component designed to change the width of a cable tray route. It enables a smooth transition from a 300 mm wide tray to a 200 mm wide tray, maintaining installation continuity. This is particularly useful during the design and modification of complex cable systems where adaptation to changing requirements is necessary.

Construction and Materials

Made of steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface coating, it provides high corrosion resistance and long-term operation even under harsh environmental conditions. The sheet thickness is 2.0 mm — ensuring adequate rigidity and structural strength. This guarantees stable and safe operation.

Installation and Compatibility

The reducer can be connected to other metal tray system components using dedicated LSSU… fittings and SGKM8x16 screws. This enables fast and secure installation without the need for additional tools. The product is compatible with 200 mm high trays. Additionally, upon request, the reducer can be manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel, and can be coated with a lacquer in any RAL color to perfectly match the installation’s aesthetics. For non-standard orders, dimensions a and b must be specified.
