This reducer, manufactured from steel, is designed to reduce the width of a cable tray route. It enables a smooth transition from a 400 mm wide tray to a 300 mm wide tray, maintaining installation continuity. Construction and Materials

The RKPSC400/300H110 reducer features a robust design made from 2.0 mm thick steel sheet. Thanks to hot-dip galvanizing, it provides high corrosion resistance and long-term protection against environmental factors. The option to manufacture it from other materials—such as steel galvanized by immersion (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel—allows customization to specific environmental conditions and project requirements. Additionally, an option for painting in standard RAL colors enables aesthetic integration with the surrounding environment.

Installation and Compatibility

The reducer is designed for use with cable trays of 110 mm height. To connect the reducer to the trays, use dedicated LSSU... fittings and SGKM8x16 screws to ensure a stable and secure connection. For non-standard orders, precise dimensions a and b must be specified to guarantee proper fit within the installation.
