This robust solution enables width transition in cable tray systems. Constructed from steel with a surface protection layer of hot-dip galvanizing, it ensures long-term resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The reducer is designed for a 100 mm high tray and allows smooth transition from a 300 mm wide tray to a 200 mm wide tray.

Design and Installation

The reducer features a 3.0 mm thick sheet, guaranteeing strength and stability. To connect the reducer to the tray, use dedicated LSSU… fittings and SGKM8x16 screws — ensuring secure and safe assembly. This results in fast and reliable installation.

Materials and Finish

Available in multiple material variants: Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), and stainless steel. Additionally, powder coating in standard RAL colors is available, allowing seamless integration with the installation’s color scheme. For non-standard orders, specify dimensions 'a' and 'b' to ensure perfect customization.
