Reducers for Cable Trays

This reducer, manufactured from steel, is designed to change the width of a cable tray route. It is a key component of cable routing systems, enabling a smooth transition from one tray size to another. The use of this reducer ensures continuity and functionality of electrical or telecommunications installations.

The RKPST500/400H100N reducer is intended for trays with a height of 100 mm, allowing connection between a 500 mm wide tray and a 400 mm wide tray. Constructed from robust steel with a thickness of 3.0 mm, it guarantees strength and durability of the connection. The surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term protection against environmental factors.

Additionally, we offer the possibility of manufacturing reducers from various materials: steel galvanized by the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), steel hot-dip galvanized (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), or stainless steel. Powder coating in standard RAL colors is also available upon request.

Installation and Compatibility:

To properly connect the reducer to trays, use dedicated LSSU... fittings and SGKM8x16 screws. For non-standard orders, dimensions a and b must be specified to ensure precise fitting. This reducer is compatible with BAKS cable routing systems and other systems with standard dimensions.
