Reducer for metal cable trays

This right-hand reducer, with dimensions of 500x400 mm, is used to change the width of the cable route in metal cable tray systems. It is a key element in adapting the installation to changing needs and cable configurations. Made of steel, it ensures a solid and durable connection.

Construction and materials

The reducer is available in various material versions, allowing it to be adapted to specific environmental conditions and project requirements:

• Steel galvanized by Sendzimir method (S): Standard execution compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Steel galvanized by hot-dip method (F): Higher corrosion resistance, compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 – ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments.
• Stainless steel (E): Highest corrosion resistance, dedicated to the most demanding applications.
• Painting (L): Possibility of painting in any color from the RAL palette, allowing for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.

The sheet thickness is 2.0 mm, which guarantees adequate mechanical strength.

Installation and compatibility

Dedicated LSSU... fittings and SGKM8x16 screws should be used to connect the reducer to the ladder. For non-standard orders, it is necessary to provide dimensions 'a' and 'b' for precise fitting. The reducer is compatible with BAKS metal cable tray systems and other manufacturers using standard dimensions.
