The right reduction cover PRDPP500/400 is a component of cable tray systems, designed to protect cables against mechanical damage and environmental influences. This cover enables a smooth transition from a 500 mm wide tray to a 400 mm wide tray, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing installation. Additionally, thanks to its specialized profile, it offers adjustable width, facilitating installation and customization to specific needs—especially important when applying hot-dip galvanizing.

Proven strength and safety according to standards

The product complies with the stringent requirements of the E90 fire resistance system per DIN 4102-12. This means it ensures at least 90 minutes of continued operational functionality of equipment during a fire. This is critical for maintaining the operation of fire alarm systems, emergency signaling, and evacuation lighting.

The cover is manufactured from fire-galvanized steel, guaranteeing high corrosion resistance and long-term protection against atmospheric agents. Optional materials are available upon request: hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel, or a painted version in any RAL color. This allows perfect adaptation to project specifics and aesthetic requirements.
