Snap-on clamp for suspending cable conduits

The snap-on clamp OZ/OZO E90 is a reliable solution for securing and suspending cable conduits in electrical installations. Made of steel with a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance even in harsh conditions. Its design allows for quick and easy installation, which translates to time and cost savings during project implementation.

Construction and installation

The clamp is characterized by a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm, which ensures its appropriate mechanical strength. The snap-on closure of the clamp significantly facilitates adding or replacing cables without the need to disassemble the entire structure. Installation can be done directly using various types of screws and expansion bolts (SROM6x30, SRBOM6x30 + NSM6 + PP6, KWBO6x35 or KWBO6x40, GSO6x40, KSKOM6, KKG5x37 or KKG5x65, MKR6x32, PSROM6x45 or PSROM6x50) or indirectly using a threaded rod PGM6/... with M6 expansion sleeves.

Safety and application

The OZ/OZO E90 clamp meets the stringent requirements of the E90 functional maintenance system in accordance with DIN 4102-12. This means that it ensures at least 90 minutes of functional maintenance of devices in the building in the event of a fire. It is particularly important for installations:

• fire alarm systems
• fire alarm systems
• emergency lighting
• sprinkler systems

This guarantees the safety of people and property in emergency situations. The clamp material is available in several variants: zinc-coated steel according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09 (S), flake zinc coating according to PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11 (FP) and stainless steel (E). Additionally, painting in a standard RAL palette (L) is possible to order.
