Snap-on clamp for suspending cables

The snap-on clamp OZM/OZMO is a practical solution for mounting cable conduits to both ceilings and walls. Made of steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm, it provides solid and durable support. Quick installation is another advantage of this element, which will be appreciated by both installers and those performing electrical work themselves.

Construction and application

The clamp is designed for systems maintaining the functionality of E90 according to DIN 4102-12. This means that in the event of a fire, the clamp will help maintain the functionality of key installations – such as fire alarm systems, fire alerting, or emergency lighting – for at least 90 minutes. This is particularly important in buildings equipped with sprinkler systems.

Materials and finish

The clamp is standardly made of zinc-plated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides good corrosion resistance. Additionally, custom-made options are available:

• Flake zinc plating (PN-EN ISO 10683:2018-11) – for increased corrosion protection.
• Stainless steel – ideal for environments with increased hygiene requirements or aggressive atmospheric conditions.
• Powder coating in RAL colors – allows you to match the clamp color to the surroundings.

Installation

The clamp offers flexibility in installation:

• Direct mounting: using SROM6x30, SRBOM6x30 + NSM6 + PP6, KWBO6x35 or KWBO6x40, GSO6x40, KSKOM6, KKG5x37 or KKG5x65, MKR6x32, PSROM6x45 or PSROM6x50 screws.
• Indirect mounting: using PGM6/... + NSM6 + PP6 threaded rod and M6 expansion sleeves.

The clamp's snap-on closure makes it easy to add or replace cables without having to disassemble the entire structure. This saves time and convenience during installation and maintenance work.
