Flat roof mounting plate – a solid and non-invasive solution

The SPM1 mounting plate is a reliable element for mounting structures on flat roofs covered with roofing felt or membrane. Made of S350GD steel, optionally with Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC coatings, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The stud made of stainless steel guarantees the stability of the connection. The plate is designed for easy installation and minimal load on the roof structure.

Design and application

The SPM1 plate is distinguished by a non-invasive mounting method that protects the roof's waterproofing layer. Its geometry and load capacity are precisely matched to BAKS systems, ensuring optimal structural parameters. The sheet thickness of 2.0 mm guarantees adequate strength. The set includes an enlarged washer, a spring washer and a stainless steel nut – everything you need for proper installation. The threaded stud M8x30 is permanently attached to the sheet, making the installation process easier and faster.

Please note the minimum requirements for the size of the sheets:

• for roofing felt: 500 x 1000 mm
• for membrane: 300 x 700 mm
