Construction and Materials

Manufactured from high-strength steel, the reduction ensures a robust and durable connection. Standardly available in 2.0 mm thick sheet metal. Custom options include materials such as Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (S), hot-dip galvanized steel (F), or stainless steel (E), as well as powder coating in any RAL color (L), allowing precise adaptation to specific project requirements and environmental conditions. Hot-dip galvanizing provides additional corrosion protection, especially critical in harsh industrial environments.

Installation and Compatibility

For proper installation, 4 LDCH… connectors and 16 sets of screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 are required. For non-standard orders, dimensions 'a' and 'b' must be specified for precise fitting. When ordering fittings, it is essential to indicate the tray symbol to ensure correct selection of matching trays and cable supports. Two types of trays are available: DK… with UKZ… supports (A) and DU… with UK… supports (B).

The reduction features a wider section of 500 mm and a narrower section of 400 mm. Constructed from steel and protected by hot-dip galvanizing, it ensures excellent corrosion resistance. Sheet thickness is 2.0 mm.
