Symmetrical reduction for cable trays

This symmetrical reduction RKSJ200/150H100 is a component designed to change the width of a cable tray route in electrical installations. It is indispensable when adapting existing installations or designing new ones that require connecting cable trays of different dimensions. Made from steel, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Design and application

The reduction enables a smooth transition from a 200 mm wide tray to a 150 mm wide tray, while maintaining a height of 100 mm. Its robust construction, made from 1.0 mm thick sheet steel, guarantees stability and safety of the installed cabling. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, facilitating and accelerating installation work.

Materials and protection

Standardly, the reduction is manufactured from steel coated using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), providing excellent corrosion protection. Available upon request are alternative versions: hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) for enhanced corrosion resistance, stainless steel for specialized applications, and a painted version in any RAL color – allowing seamless integration with the surrounding environment. The surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, further extending its service life.

Customization options

For non-standard orders, the manufacturer offers the possibility of manufacturing reductions with different dimensions. In such cases, dimensions 'a' and 'b' must be specified—for example, for a tray with dimensions 400 mm and 200 mm, the product code is RK...400/200H100. This flexible solution enables perfect adaptation to specific project requirements.
