This symmetrical reducer, made of steel, is designed to enable a smooth transition in cable tray width. It is particularly useful during the design and modification of electrical installations, where space adjustments are required to accommodate changing cable routing conditions. Construction and Materials

The RKSJ200/150H110 reducer features a sturdy construction made of steel, with its surface protected by hot-dip galvanizing—ensuring high resistance to corrosion and long-term protection against environmental factors. The sheet thickness of 1.0 mm provides excellent strength and structural stability.

Additional custom configurations are available upon request:

• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Offers even greater corrosion resistance, ideal for harsh environmental conditions.
• Stainless steel (E): Provides maximum corrosion resistance and is perfectly suited for demanding environments such as chemical or food processing industries.
• Painting in standard RAL color palette (L): Allows the reducer’s color to be matched to the surrounding environment or specific project requirements.

Installation and Compatibility

Installation is simple and intuitive—use SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. Integrated connectors eliminate the need for additional mounting components, accelerating installation and reducing costs. This reducer is designed for cable trays with a height of 110 mm and enables a transition from 200 mm to 150 mm width. For non-standard orders, specify dimensions a and b—for example, a transition from 400 mm to 200 mm is denoted as RK...400/200H110.
