Symmetrical Cable Ladder Reducer – Change of Installation Direction

This symmetrical cable ladder reducer RDSC200/100H100 N by BAKS, manufactured from steel, is designed to change the direction of cable routing. It enables a smooth transition from a 200 mm wide ladder to a 100 mm wide ladder, making it ideal for complex electrical installations. The design ensures stability and safety for the installed cables.

Construction and Application

This reducer is particularly useful during installation planning where adaptation to existing infrastructure or optimization of cable routing is required. Made from durable steel with hot-dip galvanized coating, it provides long-term corrosion protection even under harsh environmental conditions. A sheet thickness of 2.0 mm guarantees sufficient rigidity and load-bearing capacity.

Additionally, we offer custom manufacturing options in alternative materials: Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), or stainless steel. Custom powder coating in any RAL color is also available.

Installation and Compatibility

For proper installation, 4 LDCH… connectors and 16 sets of screws SGKM8x14 or SGM8x14 are required. For non-standard orders, dimensions a and b must be specified. The reducer’s design allows for the mounting of popular cable clamps UK/UKO… and UKP…. This solution simplifies cable organization and securing within the installation.
