Reduction for cable trays – width transition

This symmetrical reducer RKSBJ100/50H60 by BAKS is designed for smooth connection of cable trays with different widths. It enables flexible adaptation of installations to changing requirements without the need for additional components. This is particularly useful during expansion of existing systems or in cases of non-standard cable routing.

Construction and application

The reducer is manufactured from steel, ensuring high strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Its hot-dip galvanized finish provides corrosion protection, which is essential in demanding industrial environments and outdoor installations. This ensures long-term performance with minimal maintenance costs. Designed for 60 mm high trays, it allows transition from 100 mm to 50 mm width.

• Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – standardly available on the market.
• For non-standard orders, custom-sized reducers are available – please specify dimensions a and b (e.g., for a=400mm and b=200mm, the order code is RK...400/200H60).
• Upon request, versions made from alternative materials are available: hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), stainless steel, or powder-coated in standard RAL color palette.
