Symmetrical Reducer for Cable Trays

This symmetrical reducer, made of steel, is designed for smooth connection and width transition of cable trays in electrical installations. It enables system adaptation to changing requirements without the need to dismantle existing infrastructure—particularly useful during expansions or modifications.

Construction and Application

The RKSBJ150/100H110 reducer allows transition from a 150 mm wide tray to a 100 mm wide tray, maintaining a height of 110 mm. It is manufactured from 1.0 mm thick steel sheet, ensuring high strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws—simple and rapid connection.

Additionally, we offer the possibility of manufacturing reducers from various materials:

• Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (S): Standard version compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Provides superior corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments (compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02).
• Stainless steel (E): Optimal solution for installations requiring maximum corrosion resistance and extreme operating conditions.
• Painting (L): Custom color matching to the environment via standard RAL color palette.

For non-standard orders, please specify dimensions a and b—we will manufacture the reducer to your requested parameters (e.g., RK…400/200H110 for a=400 mm and b=200 mm).
