The symmetric reduction RKSBJ200/100H60 is a cable duct system component designed for seamless connection of sections with different widths. It enables adjustment of cable duct dimensions without compromising functionality or structural integrity. Manufactured from steel with hot-dip galvanized zinc coating for corrosion protection, it ensures durability and resistance to environmental factors.

Design and application

A key feature of this reduction is its ability to maintain system performance during a fire. It holds an E90 certification, meaning it provides at least 90 minutes of protection for fire alarm, signaling, and emergency lighting installations. The reduction’s sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, ensuring adequate mechanical strength. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – a standard solution facilitating easy mounting.

The RKSBJ200/100H60 reduction is particularly useful in situations where the cable duct must adapt to changing spatial constraints or where ducts of different dimensions need to be connected. It ensures uninterrupted installation and safe conductor routing.

Materials and finish options

Standardly, the reduction is manufactured from steel hot-dip galvanized (PN-EN 10346:2015-09). Upon request, versions are available in hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) and stainless steel. Additionally, painting in any RAL color is available, allowing seamless integration with the surrounding environment’s aesthetics.
