This symmetrical reduction RKSBJ300/200H100 by BAKS is a cable trench system component that enables a smooth transition from a 300 mm wide trench to a 200 mm wide trench at a height of 100 mm. It is indispensable during the design and modification of electrical installations where a change in cable routing configuration is required.

Construction and Materials

Made from steel, it ensures strength and resistance to mechanical damage. Available in several finish options: steel with Sendzimir galvanizing (standard), steel with hot-dip galvanizing (on request), or stainless steel (on request). Hot-dip galvanizing is an excellent choice for installations exposed to corrosion, providing long-term protection against atmospheric factors. The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm – ensuring structural robustness.

Installation and Compatibility

This reduction is designed for installation using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, enabling fast and secure mounting within existing BAKS cable trench systems. For non-standard orders, it is essential to specify exact dimensions a and b; in such cases, the reduction will be manufactured as a custom order. Note that the reduction’s designation must reflect these dimensions (e.g., RK...400/200H100 for a 400 mm to 200 mm reduction at 100 mm height).
