Symmetric reduction for cable trays

This symmetric reduction, made of steel, is used to change the width of a cable tray route. It is designed for trays with a height of 110 mm and enables a smooth transition between different dimensions, ensuring optimal cable routing. The construction made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet guarantees strength and stability of the connection.

Construction and application

The RKSBP500/400H110 reduction allows connection between a 500 mm wide tray and a 400 mm wide tray. This provides installers with flexibility in designing cable routes, adapting them to specific installation requirements. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – a simple and fast solution appreciated by every installer.

Additionally, we offer the possibility of manufacturing reductions from various materials:

• Sendzimir zinc-coated steel (S): Standard construction compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Provides higher corrosion resistance in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02.
• Stainless steel (E): Ideal for environments requiring high chemical and corrosion resistance.
• Painting in standard RAL color palette (L): Allows matching the reduction’s color to the surrounding environment.

For non-standard orders, please specify dimensions a and b – this enables precise customization to meet specific requirements. For example, to connect a 400 mm tray to a 200 mm tray, order a component with the designation RK...400/200H110.
