Symmetrical Reducer for Cable Trays

This symmetrical reducer, made of steel, is designed to change the width of the cable tray route in the KLIK system. It enables a smooth transition between different tray dimensions, providing flexibility in designing electrical installations. Manufactured from high-quality materials, it ensures durability and reliable connections.

Design and Installation

The RKSFJ200/150H60 reducer is intended for cable trays with a height of 60 mm and allows connection between 200 mm-wide and 150 mm-wide components. It is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring high corrosion resistance and long-term protection against external environmental factors. Installation is screw-free, accelerating and simplifying installation work. Screws SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 may be used for mounting.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

The reducer meets the requirements of the E90 fire resistance system according to DIN 4102-12. This means that in the event of a fire, it ensures at least 90 minutes of continued operational functionality of equipment within the building—particularly critical for fire alarm systems, fire detection systems, and emergency lighting. Additionally, the steel used in production complies with standard PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
