This symmetrical reducer, made of steel, is designed to change the width of a cable tray route. It is a practical solution during the design and modification of electrical installations, where it is necessary to adapt cable tray dimensions to specific requirements. The design enables a smooth transition between different widths, ensuring continuous cable routing.

The RKSJ200/150H80 reducer is intended for cable trays with a height of 80 mm. Its width is 200 mm on the larger side and 150 mm on the smaller side. Manufactured from durable steel and protected by hot-dip galvanizing, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability even under harsh environmental conditions.

Installation and Materials

Installation of the reducer is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws — a simple and fast solution requiring no specialized tools. The 1.0 mm thick sheet metal ensures adequate structural rigidity. Available versions in other materials:

• Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (S): Standard version compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Stainless steel (E): Offers high corrosion resistance, ideal for aggressive environments (compliant with PN-EN 10088).
• Painted (L): Available in any RAL color for better integration with the surrounding environment.

For non-standard orders requiring dimensions other than standard, specify dimensions a and b. For example, for dimensions a=400mm and b=200mm, the product code should be RK...400/200H80.
