Symmetrical reduction for cable trays – optimization of installation routing

The symmetrical reduction RKSL200/100H30 is a component connecting cable tray sections of different widths. It enables a smooth transition from a 200 mm wide tray to a 100 mm wide tray, maintaining continuous cable routing. This is particularly useful during installation design when the number of cables changes or adaptation to available space is required. Manufactured from 0.7 mm thick steel, it ensures structural strength and stability.

Robust construction and anti-corrosion protection

The steel used, depending on the order, may be zinc-coated using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) or hot-dip galvanizing (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02). Hot-dip galvanizing provides high corrosion resistance, which is critical in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, it is possible to order the reduction with a painted coating in any color from the RAL palette, allowing seamless integration with the surrounding aesthetics. Installation is performed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – standardly available on the market.

Practical application and compatibility

The reduction RKSL200/100H30 is designed for use with cable trays of 30 mm height. Its symmetrical design allows installation in any orientation. Thanks to precise manufacturing and robust construction, it ensures safe and reliable connections in electrical installations. Note that for non-standard orders, exact dimensions a and b must be specified – for example, for a tray of 300 mm x 100 mm, the reduction code should be RK…300/100H… . This solution is suitable for industrial, commercial, and residential installations.
