This symmetrical reduction, made of steel and protected by hot-dip galvanizing, enables seamless connection of cable trays with different widths – 150 mm and 100 mm. It is a key component in electrical installation systems where adapting the cable route to changing requirements is essential.

Design and application

The RKSP150/100H60 reduction is designed for cable trays with a height of 60 mm. Manufactured from durable steel, it ensures robust and long-lasting connections. Hot-dip galvanizing guarantees corrosion resistance, which is especially critical in harsh environmental conditions. Changing the width of the cable route is now simple and safe.

Safety and compliance with standards

This component stands out for its high level of safety – it holds the E90 functional integrity certification according to DIN 4102-12. This means that in the event of a fire, the reduction will maintain its functionality for at least 90 minutes, protecting critical installations such as fire alarm systems, emergency signaling, and evacuation lighting. As a result, it ensures continuous operation of life-saving equipment during emergency situations.

Installation and additional options

The reduction is installed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. An alternative version is available in stainless steel or painted in any color from the RAL palette. Custom-sized reductions (specifying dimensions a and b) can be ordered to perfectly match the specific requirements of your installation.
