Symmetrical reducer for cable routes

The symmetrical reducer RSDSC600/500H160 is an element of cable route systems, designed to change the width of the route. It allows a smooth transition from a wider section (600 mm) to a narrower one (500 mm), ensuring optimal cable and wire routing. This is particularly useful when designing installations where adaptation to changing spatial conditions is required.

Construction and materials

Made of durable steel, the reducer is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. It is available in several finishing options: Sendzimir galvanized steel (S), hot-dip galvanized steel (F) or stainless steel (E). The sheet metal is standardly 2.0 mm thick, but production with 1.5 mm thick sheet metal is possible on request. The surface of the reducer is protected with hot-dip zinc coating, which further increases its durability and resistance to external factors.

Installation and compatibility

Dedicated LSSU... fittings and SGKM8x16 screws are required to connect the reducer to cable ladders or other cable route elements. For non-standard orders, dimensions a and b should be specified individually. This allows the reducer to be adapted to specific installation needs. Installation is simple and intuitive, which translates into saving time and labor costs for both the installer and the end user.
