Symmetrical Reducer for Cable Trays

This symmetrical reducer, made of steel, is designed to change the width of cable trays. It enables a smooth transition between different cable tray dimensions, which is especially useful during the design and modification of electrical installations. Using this reducer simplifies adapting the cable route to changing conditions and requirements.

Construction and Materials

The RSKMC400/300H200 reducer features a robust construction made from 2.0 mm thick steel sheet. It is standardly manufactured from Sendzimir zinc-coated steel (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. Optional custom versions are available: hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) and stainless steel — ideal for environments requiring enhanced chemical and corrosion resistance. The reducer’s surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, further enhancing its durability and resistance to external factors.

Installation and Compatibility

Proper installation of the reducer requires LKM connectors and SGKM6x14 screws (available separately). The set includes cover caps, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and additional protection against mechanical damage. The reducer is designed for cable trays with a height of 200 mm and has dimensions of 400 mm (wider side) and 300 mm (narrower side), allowing flexible adaptation to existing infrastructure.
