Symmetrical Reducer for Cable Trays

This symmetrical reducer, manufactured from steel, is designed to change the width of cable tray runs. It enables a smooth transition between different cable tray dimensions, providing flexibility in designing and modifying electrical installations. Construction and Materials

The RSKMC500/400H50 reducer features a robust construction made from 2.0 mm thick steel. It is available in several finish variants:

• Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (S): Provides basic corrosion protection, ideal for indoor applications. Complies with standard PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F – upon request): Offers significantly higher corrosion resistance, recommended for outdoor or aggressive environments. Complies with standard PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02.
• Stainless steel (E – upon request): Highest level of corrosion resistance, ideal for demanding conditions such as chemical or food processing industries.

The reducer surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, further enhancing its durability and resistance to external factors.

Application and Compatibility

The RSKMC500/400H50 reducer is designed for use with 50 mm high cable trays. It enables a transition from a 500 mm wide tray to a 400 mm wide tray. This is an essential component for constructing and modernizing electrical installations in public buildings, industrial, and commercial facilities.
